Refund Policy:

Full attendee refunds are granted until Saturday, August 3, at 5:00 pm so long as request is emailed to Michelle Fulcher at michelle@organizedaffair.com by that time. After which time, names can be substituted for initial attendees. There are no refunds at any time for sponsors.

Overnight Accommodations:

Rooms in the host hotel (JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa) room block are available for $129 plus tax per night for reservations made on or before July 15, 2024.
